For Chris Thorogood Automotive Photography just isn’t a job, it’s a passion, a lifestyle. Chris lives and breathes it and you can see in the stunning photography he produces. Chris started Thorogood Automotive Photography (tapd) in 2002 just after finishing his Bachelor of Design in Multimedia Design. After going to the drag racing at Calder Park one cold July night in 2004 he was hooked on the modified muscle car scene. Early on Chris gained valuable experience working closely with writers and magazine editors of Performance Ford, Street Action, Just Holdens, Street Machine Commodores, and Street Machine Fords. Chris is now a major photographic contributor for Australia’s biggest modified car magazine, Street Machine. He has also been involved with publications such as Motormania’s 60 Fabulous Years of Holden and the Street Machine Hot Rod Annual.
