The MFP Interceptor was made famous from the Australian movie Mad Max which starred a young Mel Gibson. Labeled as Australia’s best-ever Interceptor replica, Kerry Turley’s 1973 XB coupe turns just about every head on the road. Awesome details include; working police light and Sirenco police siren with microphone, blower switch which turns on the fake supercharger, Scott Superslot hat, exact movie replica of the overhead console, and massive but rare 295/50/15 BF Goodrich’s rear tyres.
Appeared on the cover and as a poster in Street Machine, December 2011.
Hi I’ve been a MadMax fan virtually all my I life I grew up in Lara I remember dad talking bout a film be shot. As time passed I learnt that I’ve walked those roads been to Science works walked through Melbourne uni carpark in awe. My point is I have dec issue of street machine and although I love the poster it has the fold and crease marks on it. Where can a dinky die fan who knows this movie better than any subject studied in school obtain or buy a picture poster of this same picture?
